Premarital Therapy and Commitment Preparation

Package (up to 6 sessions - see details) - $490

 

Payment

Full payment is required at the beginning of each session. A credit card will be kept on file, although you may choose to pay with a different method at the time of service.

 

Phone Conversations

Phone calls extending past 10 minutes will be charged at my hourly rate in quarter hour increments.

 

Cancellation Policy

You will be charged the full rate for missed appointments. Cancellation must be received 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.

 

Insurance

At this time I do not bill insurance, but I can provide you with a statement that you can submit to your insurance agency. Couples counseling is typically not covered by insurance. Individual counseling coverage varies with different insurance companies. Please inquire with your provider about what they will reimburse.
