About Me
Education
Trained as a licensed marriage and family therapist associate (LMFTA), I have received a master's degree from Antioch University, in Seattle, WA. My supervision and clinical work was completed at Sound, a mental health organization in King County, where I worked in the Eastside family services department. Much of the work there was around trauma and domestic violence. My undergraduate degree is a bachelor of arts from the Evergreen State College with an emphasis in fine art.

Over the years I have volunteered with Program for Early Parent Support (PEPS), with the King County Crisis Line, and as a school board member.
Hobbies and Interests
With interests in health, wellness and the outdoors, I enjoy fitness, hiking, gardening, reading, making art, cooking healthy foods, yoga, adventure and spending time with family and friends.
